Digital Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Digital Commerce Manager (m/f/d) at our headquarter in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

  • You are the interface between e-commerce country teams and headquarter
  • You will be involved in designing the PHOENIX group’s e-commerce strategy and business development
  • You identify opportunities for profitable e-commerce growth and plan / execute these projects together with the country teams
  • Best practice sharing: Supervision, maintenance and further development of the international e-commerce community through various communication formats
  • KPI-driven monitoring and driving performance of local e-commerce organizations
  • Creation of market-specific analyses and reports

Your Profile

  • Solid background in the field of e-commerce, business, economics, communication or similar education with focus on e-commerce
  • Relevant expertise or professional experience in the field of digital business, e.g. e-commerce, marketplaces, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • As a Digital Native you have the ability to navigate through complex matrix and multicultural environment effectively
  • You are analytical and creative at the same time, are communicative and have a structured and user-centric way of thinking.
  • Communication skills, incorporating written, verbal, presentation and reporting at all levels
  • Fluent in English / German
